So essentially, if a Server Sitters customer is outside of their normal coverage area, but chooses to activate the help-desk for their lunch hour, they simply send a quick email to a specific address, the address is automatically parsed by Server Sitters technology, and immediately turns support live automatically. Then, the client can turn it off simply by sending another similar email. The entire process now makes it a seamless process for Server Sitter customers to activate their controls whenever necessary.
